Connie VerKuilen

Connie and her family moved to the Northwoods in 1979 with the purchase of a resort on Lac Vieux Desert. She started helping buyers and sellers working in the Land O'Lakes, WI and Northern Land O'Lakes, MI area shortly thereafter.  In 1990 Connie founded and built the firm of Lakeshore Realty, which she ran for over 15 years.

The years of 2004/2005 marked the selling of Lakeshore; building a new home on the East Shore of Lake Gogebic; and the teaming up with Pat Hanson (who has been listing and selling in the Lake Gogebic area for the past 10 years) to form Lake Gogebic Realty!

Connie has had 25 years of experience selling a variety of businesses and all types of homes and properties.  She has had education regarding Buyers' Agency and worked with many buyers as their agent.

"Being helpful, honest, and knowledgeable in all aspects of your Real Estate transaction is my goal."  Connie says.  She is well-known as a good listener who gets the job done right and professionally.

In the many years as Broker/owner of Lakeshore Realty, she has sold many lake home and businesses in price ranges above $500,000.00.  Special attention to detail and hard work is given to all sellers and buyers who chose her services.
